Most powerful Infinity Gun ?

I've looking on many forums, different websites, not much information is available on the topic...

I've come across these 2 gun on my search on information on the most powerful Infinity.

And I doubt this Information is true since, yesterday I got one
Fire Elemental,
+300k damage
Same Burn dmg/sec
Same Chance to Ignite

I just want to know what's your most powerful Infinity Fire/Corrosion
I'm mostly looking for one with a fire rate of 10 at least.

Vengeful Infinity will give you the highest fire rate. DVA versions are close. Those 2 are probably the best you will get.

Comparing a Fire and Corrosive type of the same exact weapon isn't going to get you anywhere. They both are just as good for different situations. A fire weapon isn't going to do as much damage on an armored target and a corrosive weapon isn't going to do as much damage on a flesh target. Neither of them will do as well as a shock on a shielded target. The answer to that question is (C) All of the Above

Problem with DVA Infinity is that it only has a 25% proc chance for a double shot and those shots are not always accurate. If it's a normal Infinity, I would say Purging.

I know which element is the weak point of enemies.
The specification i added for fire/corrosion is only a reference, as i'm not looking to find the highest damage infinity without any elemental. I'm only looking for answer concerning these type of elemental.
Plus I know my Base damage will be lower with an Elemental Infinity.

And my question is what's YOUR most powerful infinty gun you're welding.
People with OP8 infinity might have the answer for me.

The only way you'll get an infinity with a fire rate of more than 10 is to have a vengeful infinity with a Vladof grip, which is exactly what is in the two pictures. In terms of raw damge, the purging infinity has higher damage, and a jakobs grip will maximise your damage. However this drops your fire rate to 7. A purging infinity with a vladof grip will get you decent damage with a fire rate of 9

It's always going to be Vengeful Infinity and were going to be using 3-4 types depending on the class (Shock, Corrosive, Fire, Normal). If you are running Mechro with Infinity then you will want a Shock and Corrosive. If Gunzerker then you will want all 4 of them. There isn't much an answer outside of that.

In this game when specifying a gun among a type of guns (pistols in this case), for me the decision on its usefullness is relative to others of its type and I don't find the Infinity a very useful pistol among its competitors particularly at the game's higher levels. I've used all element and non-elemental Infinities and maintain only one non-elemental OP8 Rapid Infinity for rare cases when I play Maya as a support character in coop. It's in my Sanctuary bank - rarely find cause to equip it.
