Looking for Borderlands 2: Community Day 2013 Heads and Skins
Hi everybody! I finished playing Borderlands 1 and now playing Borderlands 2 with my buddy.
I have unlocked some skins and used codes for golden keys, but there is stuff that I can't find. My favorite character is 0 the assassin. Can anybody help me how to unlock/find the skin and head for him? Or it is impossible in 2017?

I'm looking for Community Day 2013
Zer0 the Assassin
Skin: "D0n't Get My Dander Up"
and
Head: "I D0 Declare"

Have Gibbed? If so use this guide -> https://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/how-to-add-items-via-itemdata.1006559/ If you're on Mac get BorderTool 2 and then edit your profile.bin.

I think they are now rare world drops. So basically, just play the game and eventually you should find them.
Not 100% sure on this though.

They are but they're very hard to find. I've only seen one person ever get one.

Recently checked my skins on maya, and I seem to have found these at some point.
No clue if I have them for other classes, haven't checked.

Thanks guys! Its good to know that they might be at least dropped right now
and that they are not some kind of a rare code or something.

They are definitely random world drops.

Gearbox has made a lot of skins world drops. I recently found a 'Fright of the Bumblebee' skin for Maya which was a Halloween shift code skin, according to the Wiki. Dropped by a badass savage in Hunter's Grotto.
Community day skins do drop. I think badasses are more likely to drop them, rather than random enemies.

Good news everyone! I've found a nice guy that helped me to get those rare items!
Borderlands 2 is a grate game, but it also has great people in the community!

just as long as people don't beg to be power-leveled (which takes the fun out of the game)

Personally I'm an old gamer and I'm more into finding out stuff and leveling normally, so I totally agree with u that power leveling might take out the fun.
