borderlands 2 badass rank up help

im a level 43 gunzerker and badass rank 7558, i was wondering why i cant rank up more then 0.4 or 0.5 the last 30 points i only put into shield capacity and max health but it didnt work

Why do you want Badass Ranks, they give minimal changed and only make the game easier. Try playing with BAR off.

As your BAR increases, each token you spend yields less results.
So it A) takes more BAR to acquire tokens and B) the tokens have less and less impact, the more you spend them.

This is called deminishing returns, and it is built in to prevent people from becoming very overpowered.
The effect of a single token will be hardly noticable. Save 100 and spend them all at the same time and you should notice some sort of difference.

Als be wary of how you spend them:
Increasing your health may be bad if you intend to rely on health gate, since it'll take more healing to exceed 50% health.
Decreasing shield recharge delay may be a bad idea for melee players (zer0/krieg)
Decreasing recoil reduction actually makes Hyperion weapons reach their max-accuracy slower.

The higher the bonus stats the less % you will get when you redeem a token , and the higher the badassrank is the more time it will take to receive a token.. kill enemies , don't rush the game/quests play with mutiple characters and if you don't know how to do or find a challenge (vault symbolls) google is your friend.

lol it keeps the game more interested thats why maybe? they give minimal bonus % yes , but the more challenges you do the more of those bonus points you will get to redeem but ofcourse ppl that are rushing in the games will never discover challenges.
well yes it obviously normal that people that do challenges will get rewarded with badass tokens tokens to redeem in bonus stats don't you think that that is logic? (not talking about ppl with modded badass ranks/stats those losers are pathetic)..
i got 275488 badassrank (legit) with average between 25 - 28% bonus stats except recharge delay 5.2% could have much more on my stats but i haven't playing this game for 1.5 - 2 years in the pass and got + - 5000 hours in this game playing since release.
so you say the game is to easy for you when you have enabled badassrank? played op8 already? , played without gamebreaking glitches? (pimp-ahab) , (sham/fleet) ....? played with aswell with other classes? i still die allot with my op8 characters on op8 , and even still with my 72 0 op characters i do..
so quitte saying that it makes the game too easy..

yup i figured it out the number i was looking at was how much it goes up by no was totally mistake but thanks everyone, now i just got to work out why i got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard on gear in true vault hunter mode because ultimate mode is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ my arsehole....i believe its because i have no dlc and only 50

No get the GOTY edition if gives you everything in the season pass and more for a better price. Also pick up the UVH Upgrade pack 2.

dont put points in hp.. cz hp dosent scale... later and u will have harder time to heal... u can see on challange list what u need to do to gain next rank

no wonder uvhm was so hard all my ♥♥♥♥ is 6-7% chance once i max my siren then assassin i should be fine but siren is by far the most fun so far was not a fan of gunzerker
