Legendary On First Boss In The Game ?

So i just got this game and the first ever boss just droped a legendary how rare is that ? / Its called the tactical hornet

It's standard - most players' first legendary is a Hornet from Knuckle Dragger at Windshield Waste. Hyperius also drops them later in the game.

Not rare really but not every time, I love the Twin Hornet for a certain other boss who really likes fire. Other variants are also good for it but I like the ammo hog Twin

While not extremely rare, it will be very useful. Build up your Grenade Damage, as the Hornet among other things is boosted by it.

Knuckle Dragger can drop Hornets. With all of my new characters I farm him for one, because it makes the fights with Boombewm and Flynt a lot easier.
I prefer the bladed one becaue that helps with the Bad Hair Day mission, and you don't always find a bladed gun before that.
Great gun, and one of the best corrosive pistols in the game.

The Hornet is still a good gun at OP8 I use mine often. One of the top 10 guns in game, to me.

One of my favorite guns. Usually good for 4-6 levels.

Noob guns are poor performers, not early drops. The Hornet's got good dmg, great fr and amazing dot.

Yes but you can waste an awful lot of ammo with a bad gun.
