Elemental splash damage should be boosted by matching elemental relics.
I think the grenade damage boost would apply to something like the swordsplosion maybe? This I am unsure of. It would not apply to say a maliwan smg or sniper. I could be wrong though.
Only the Hellfire and Volcano get boosted by grenade damage aswell as all Maliwan Pistols.
Blockhead SHOULD get boosted aswell afaik.
I also really love the Blockhead. It's amazingly powerful and versatile because of it's bouncing projectiles and how the split works.
Does splash damage count as grenade damage, mechanically speaking? Asking because im not sure. Could be. I mean the attacks from the sawblade technical count as melee attacks, so it wouldnt be unprecedented.
I haven't done extensive research on this topic. I think it varies. Some splash damage seems to be calculated as gun damage.
Mayas Reaper only boosts gun damage which also effects some guns splash but not all.
Ss most splash in general should be calculated as grenade damage with a few exceptions like Maliwan Snipers (excluding the Volcano and Storm) and SMGs (again, excluding the Hellfire).
The blockhead is listed and does get boosted by grenade damage.
I'm a bit surprised by the number of Torgue guns not recieving grenade damage boosts.
Makes the Boom Puppy and Landscaper even worse, lol.
It specifically lists non red text torgue weapons in some categories. I find that odd.
For example, some Torgue guns get different Splash damage based on the base damage. Sometimes the splash amounts to 100% of the weapon damage (the number shown in the weapon card), and some only 90%. I wish there was a definitive list about this somewhere, and there probably is, since it is a LOT of info and variations/exceptions.
And yea, it's kinda weird what gets boosted and what's not getting boosted. Video game logic i guess
