Bloody Harvest Secret Boss TV Bug

Hey all.

Run into an issue in trying to summon Clark the Combusted Cryptkeeper.

First things first, I've allready completed the Bloody Harvest DLC itself.

With a new character I started a few days ago, I've done the following:

Destroyed the 6 orange pumpkins and entered the Church of the Dead.

Killed Jacques of Lantern

Sacrified a shield, grenade mod and weapon to the bubbling pot

and

Found all 3 TV's.

The issue itself is that one of the damned TV's doesn't work or do anything when I am near it.
TV in question is the one inside the building just after the Church of the Dead but before the path on the way to Sully the Blacksmith's forge.
It's got lots of paintings of Marcus on the walls around inside it with eyes that follow you, plus a skeleton that's hanged itself.

I found and activated the other 2 TV's, the Blair Witch TV just past the pumpkin patch and the Poltergeist TV in the basement of the building just after Sully's forge.

But, for the life of me, I just cannot get that damned 3rd TV to activate.

Is there something special you need to do?
