Which shield would you use?

Both. Use Bee for offense and Impaler for defense.

I think he wanted to know which of the two he had. Not just shields in general.

then of the two, the impaler because of it;s resistance to Pete's corrosive attack, I would use it to kill Pete many times and get an antagonist with the crystals

Ooh, maya. I would use both. Switch them up depending on the situation. I have a question though..if you add a bone of the ancients in corrosive, would it stack with the impaler shield?

on maya i use bee... antagonist is good for peak assassins.. and have evelution in case u need heal..

Thanks. I'm doing my first Digistruct Peak run, so far The Bee has been doing well. Only died twice and got into FFYL 3 or 4 times.

The bee, if you are the type of players that hardly get hurt and want to spam AMPed dmg.

Impailer if you require more risky but rewarding fire power.

Beyond whether the Bee or the Impaler is better, the Impaler is only level 67. If you are level 72, that is 5 levels of difference. Most unique shields usefullnes wane if their level difference is 5 or more levels in UVHM.

Even having a level 72 Bee shield versus the level 71 will be noticeable. I don't know the exact number but a level 72 Bee shield should be about +10% capacity and amp damage.

Impaler not a critical shield but it can be really fun! Critical shields: Antagonist Blockade Evolution & Bee.

Bee and Antagonist. Antagonist for mobbing, Bee for Digistruct Peak and occasional Raid Boss.
