Yes. There are eight (I think) teddy bears found in stalker goo at the wildlife preserve. Finding them fulfills a challenge that counts towards bada** points/rank.

The OP's original description was incorrect. The teddy bears aren't found in poo piles, but in stalker goo. This is the "goo" that is typically seen to hang from ceilings or other structures.

The big teddy bear is an easter egg that requires finding 2 very well hidden echos.
