I did everything Claptrap told me to do and for some reason i still failed the quest. Idk if my game is bugged or it's something else entirely.

I've never had a problem with that mission, but apparently there is, or at least was, some kind of problem that affected some people. Here's a really old support article about it:

That article doesn't give any details, and I have no idea if they ever fixed that particular problem. If not, then maybe that's what happened to you. If that's the case, then, as mentioned in that article, you might be able to fix it by just exiting the game and restarting it, or by joining someone else's game and completing the mission in their game. The only other option may be to use Gibbed (the save file editor) to change the mission status.

Happened to me where none of the missions like "eat pizza" came up and having never done the mission before I didnt know why I failed, I did it again and the missions came up and I passed
