Need help with billboards!

How do I add custom images and videos? Nothing pops up when I click on User Images/Vids and I can't find any files to put the Images/Videos in!

I'm guessing this folder generates only after you launch the game, because I don't have it after installing the update. That's why I came looking for where to put the images too

It's there, and you can refresh it in-game. If not, just make an empty folder with that name.

I just dropped a bunch of images into that folder, and I'm impressed with the in-game image quality, especially with the lighted billboards. This is probably my favorite part of the update, because from a design perspective it adds an incredible amount of new possibilities.

Yes, and video billboards could be amazing addition to rides.....

What kind of codec is webm? Are we suppose to download a media file converter? Mp4 support please!!!!

Good question about the codec. I don't know, I just took a quick look in-game and haven't had a chance to really mess with stuff yet. I'm hoping it's something that's easy in VLC or even Windows Media, because I don't want to be downloading 3rd party codecs either. That's a very 2005 problem.

As for video billboards and ride skins, my mind is already swimming with possibilities. This is huge for science fiction, futuristic, cyberpunk type themes.

I was thinking about that too. There are a couple different ways to do it, or you could even have a static JPG that just shows the silhouettes of things like lamps, plants, TVs, etc. Lots of potential applications.

Transparency doesn't work yet with PNG, i've tried it and the transparency comes out black.
