You need the landing dock for citizens and army units to move island to island.
Transport dock moves only resources from the island it is on to the dock on your main island.
And it's not even mentioned in the Known issues official thread.
This is what people fail to understand, when you combine the car deck budget cost with free wheels it is far cheaper to run a few buses instead.
The best solution I can come up with is to build multiple parking garages. The problem is that the game doesn't give you information on when a parking garage is at capacity like metro and bus do, so it is unclear when the right time for parking garage expansion is. Parking garages also generate a _ton_ of pollution, which means you need a waste management plant next door if you want to keep pollution in the area under control, so parking garages really end up consuming more space and money than they appear at first glance.
Yeah I did that and replace it with a metro. It looked liek cars were coming out of the metro.
I am starting to think Steam is just a places for people to vent about things they do not like about games.
I just started to play Tropico 6 again - and you know what - I really like it. Sure the pumpkins are a bit kitschy, but it is kind of fun. I am making tons of money on my Islands, and am not running into any type of rage game braking bugs.
