You could also check if the "lite" version of nolvus requires AE.
He is on point in regard to collection/modlist. Only the curator can help you because they are the one who compile the list.
You can try to get help here, but it isn't guarantee to work out well.
Even if you can afford AE, it isn't worth to have it. There is just too many good mod out there that isn't compatible with AE & a whole lot better. I for once prefer BBLS rather than Tundra Homestead from the AE.
When people say mods aren't compatible with AE, they don't mean AE they mean the game version 1.6 and higher (which is SE)
Unless a mod states it isn't compatible with particular CC mods, or it says AE content, then it means AE.
Anna's NPCs also places world items right near Tundra. Not compatible.
