Invulnerable vs Feel No Pain
Is there any difference between, say, the Chaos Lord's Invulnerable save and the Hive Tyrant's Feel No Pain save?

Invul is allways min invul save thus dosnt stack with other invul buffs while fnp buffs stack, aside from that they basically multiply with eachother and other Saves:

Example: Cannonesse besides a hospitaller and sacrescants 8 armour min 17% invul from faith, Rosarius (min50% invul) , 17% witchfire resi from Faith, 17%(16.5) fnp from Hospitaller, 17% (16.5)fnp from Sacrescants

Total dmg negation aggainst an attack with 2ap, that isnt a psychic one =
dmg x 0.5[armour] x 0.5[rosarius] x 0.67 [fnp]

That is not true. Inv doesn't stack only when Min invulnerable is mentioned.

17%+33% inv would be 50% inv

17%min+33% would be 33% as min only takes the lowest if no other is present, hence, minimum.

For coding this is true.
However, I believe it's the Dev's policy that Invulnerable Damage Reduction is always coded as non-stacking. This is in line with 7th edition Table Top rules.
As im aware of in the game "as is" there are no invul boni without the min marker. And they do not stack as you can see if you place a dark disciple (min 17% invul) besides a noctilith crown (min 33% invul) with both models and all models that dont have a higher min invul themselfes having an invul save of 33%. It also dosnt stack additively with other non invul saves instead its a kind of multiplicative stacking between all saves which can be seen as each save type getting applied after each other. While I dont know the exact order it dosnt matter much as multiplication on rational numbers is inversible. Which you can see with attacking a canoness near a hospitaller (+their aoe fnp tech) and a unit of sacrescants which would give her additively a total of ~150% dmg reduction outside of armour but still would be dealt ~1.1 dmg (from a tile of the same height) while mathematically she should either heal or if capped take 0 dmg. Now if dmg reduction was capped the damage would stay the same when moving the sacrescants and hospitaller away as the canoness still has a 50% dmg reduction from beeing a hero and and additional 50%invul from her rosarius, but instead the techpriest dominus now would deal 1.6 dmg which disproves that different dmg resistances would stack through pure addition whenever the min dmg would be capped (or capped per attack value).
Yeah i don't think i have ever seen a +XX% inv in Gladius, only min. And if a unit has multiple minimums, the highest applies. Feel no pain is mostly used in +XX% bonuses, therefore it stacks.
I feel like I'm loosing my mind. I swear I have seen and used some form of stacking Inv before but I -cannot- find it now.

My original points stands (Thanks Dex), non-min inv does stack.

The maximum minimum, as it were. :-p
