Imperial ruins also hide units. So there is no difference I guess.
Thanks for the answer. Are you planning to make them more different in the future?
Not sure how it would affect balance, but it would be interesting to see infantry units not be hindered by forest or ruin's terrain when moving. Line of sight would still be blocked.
And forest, maybe you are harder to hit, but if you are, you take more damage due to trees folling, or something alike ?
