Is there any way to get support?
I posted in bug forum and I emailed support directly. Nothing. Is there any other way to contact support? I spent actual money in this game and I haven't been able to play it for months because it disconnects internet on my PC every time I start MM. Can't get any support whatsoever.

Hi. I just spoke to the developers about this issue and they apologise that you've not received any assistance, but one of the main reasons for that is there is unfortunately little assistance to give. This is a situation that the developers have not heard of before and since it is something that is seemingly only affecting you and your setup it is impossible for them to replicate and troubleshoot.

Is it possible for you to try a different router/modem?

I must say I have a very strange problem with log in in the game myself
I can play all of other games without using VPN and it used to be the same for this game too but now I gotta use vpn , and not just any
I have to use an specific servers and regions
for example out of 3 connection types that my vpn provides only Cisco connection works
And even so it's get trickier , like out of 12 UK region servers on my vpn only number 3 and number 6 works , out of 14 finland servers only server 9 works
And since this problem happened I can't use in game chat , It says can't connect to the servers but I am able to play the game otherwise
I am using the same network as before but I have re-installed my windows once , not sure where's the source of this problem

What is your location? It sounds like you are located somewhere that has restricted internet access, and whilst a VPN can help in these situations you can't bypass these restrictions if they are applying them at the point they leave the country. The chat probably uses different servers to the game hence why you can access the game and not the chat. Can't really say why some VPN servers work and others don't except that they are likely to have different configurations or routing that may or may not work for you.

Thank you for at least relaying the message and getting some information. Hopefully the 2.0 can fix the issue.

the game is made on unity, you could try fetch the player.log file and check what it says, maybe its something super easy to solve. If anything i would do a blind guess, the game perhaps try using some sort of UPnP and your network isnt entirely supporting it (or have wrong implementation of it) and is having issues when those requests arrive. But to be sure, you definitely should check the logs.
