What is that red symbol on my cards now?
It kinda looks like a bow tie or a dog bone in a red circle, what does that mean?

i think you mean the "gift bow"?
right click on this card. now you can claim your rewards for this card. after you got all rewards and a LOT of animations you can repeat this for every card again and again.
have fun...... i stoped after 5 cards ;)
