What are the 17 hidden achievements?

you can see them in game, the ones that you cant see in game either are just "upgraded" versions of the ones you can see, for example one of the achievements you can see is "craft a common card" after you do that achievement the "upgraded" one is shown : "craft a rare card" and so on.

I completed them all in the game, but one is missing in the steam.

You can type "/syncachievements" in the ingame chat, should work.
