This is a joke if this is a 1.0 release, right? With all the server issues? Half my matches time out, and I just spent 2k gold trying to draft once. It says my purchase didn't happen, but it did.

This isn't a 1.0 release. I WAS going to spend money on this game, but if you can't get your own server issues resolved, I won't now.

Hi, sorry about the issues.
We're very aware that there's been connection issues, but we'd like more information so we can fix it, and I hope you can provide :)

1. Can you describe the issues in detail?
E.g. Exactly which kind of error messages are you getting, does the game have lag spikes, or does it "hang" on certain screens, or freeze at times? Do you get disconnected from games, or do games fail to start?
And where do these errors occur?
All info is relevant, but we can't find the issues with too broad reports.

2. Can you provide an output log?
If you haven't restarted the game, or if you experience it again, please send us the output log.

You’ll find it by opening windows explorer and entering
%appdata%\..\LocalLow\BetaDwarf ApS\Minion Masters
In the address bar.

for me it's not half the matches, but happen sometimes.. sometimes in a row if i play in midnight of europe.. so seems issues happen if u get matched or game try to match with persons of other regions/countrys like china and brasil.. so no wonder that it sometimes timeout with china, brasil, german and usa players in same game ^^

Uncle, the issues are on your end, just do the monitoring yourselves. I don't mean to be rude but it's not our connections. The matches themselves are smooth, it's everything else that's lagging.

The issue started before the 1.0 release, a few patches ago, and only got worse.

Just play the game from your homes and you'll see exactly what kind of issues we're having. Basically, the server "hangs" periodically. Everything is suspended. Tokens, invites, lobbies, leaderboards. And suddenly, it unfreezes. This is periodic, with no way to determine what causes it. Nobody can monitor your server for you.

It all started after v.1 release. When I click to draft or solo game, it says connection time out after a short time. But it connects the match. But when the match is over, it makes me wait in the character show-up animation screen loonnng time.

Worst part about the errors is that they popup in the middle of the screen and block you from doing anything until you click ok. I got spammed with constant "timeout, your quest progress could not be saved" errors even tho everything was fine (match went on normally, progress was saves after the match etc).

Errors all the time of various issues now and yet was far better in Early Access :/
Even problems logging onto the server lately.

Having the same issues. After 10 attempts can't have a match, see the leaderboards etc. Worst part is when it actually happens in team battles since sometimes you will lose ratings because the other guy left.

On top of that, I got booted from my own matches and hit by a rating loss.

It can get pretty annoying trying again and again to connect to a battle spending more time trying than in the actual fight once it lets you connect.

The server performance is ridiculously bad.
"Timeout" all the time. Tried starting my first Draft today, no chance. Right now i am stuck in the screen after a match and nothing is happening. If that is not improved fast, a lot of people will just have a quick look into the game but never return since it's just too annoying/frustrating.

Sometime Timeout freeze a game for 60s and then telling you been quited the match, stole you points and back i lobby!!! What the hell with you servers?
