Where is my "early access user" promised stormbringer skin???

The Nightbringer skin was only included back before Minion Masters went Free To Play (end of 2018) along with some other goodies.

You got it immediately if you joined then, but if you joined after, you were only eligible for the "EA Founder gift" of Power tokens that you automatically collected upon login after 1.0 launched.

hmm...i get Minion masters before it went FTP(as i remember it was season of rage...17.09.2018 - and it was really best time of MM). And i didn't get Nightbringer.

hm well I was playing back in 2017 ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1181668203 ) and I never got a nightbringer skin

And since this is the case then I please would like to ask the Rubies refund for my current Nightbringer skin, wihout losing it ofc, because MM was acquired into my Steam account around late last September, which was before it went "F2P" (free to play) upon Steam and since that skin was never free for me and had to acquire it through an in-game Shop's offer around last October-November (i.e., you usually get a ticked effect upon Shop's offers that you already got items from, which wasn't the case), so I'd like to see this situation revised as soon as humanly possible. Thanks in advance for your consideration. ^^

P.S. Note: If needs be I can even display you, or any other staff related personel, the related "EA" Arena (in a 1 vs. 1 match). You know, the one that displays similar effects to the 4 XP Shrine card inside it.

Perhaps you should contaact the costumer support directly with this instead of talking in an open forum. it would lessen the "strain" on them and you would be able to get the help from the correct people the quickest.

I didn't get nightbringer skin nor the early access founder gift on steam ( the EA founder gift I got on discord, even though I don't play there...)

this sounds like more of a bug with the distribution of the skin rather than an individual issue
