How the twitch drops works exactly?

Watched one streamer today, got 4 drops in 20 minutes with 50 gold and 1 of the keys for a house with random card. And nothing after.
People in twitch chat said this game mi\onitoring which master's this streamer playing and his winrate, and you can get drops only when streamer playing one of the house's master and wining the games.
But this is sound odd, so how is this working exactly? How can I get the keys I need for houses to get legendary card?
Can I watch a several streamers at once to get different keys? (I know I can choose only 1 house to get reward).

You connect your twitch account in settings. To get the drops (50 gold), you need to exit the game and log back in, I don't know why.

To get the keys you have to play that master shown in the picture. Entering a code on this page is only after you unlocked everything for a tier and you can only claim one of the three prizes.

Did you even read my post? I guess I'm already connected my accounts if I used to have 4 drops. ANd I'm not asked about housed I can choose, I can read injgame description and I know about only 1 house.
Good people already explained me - I must watch streamer who playing exactly master I need for key AND this streamer must win "watch and win" game.
