[FIX] HOW TO GET COSSACKS WORKING ON WINDOWS 7/8.1/10

EDIT : **COSSACKS NOW WORKS ON WINDOWS 10 WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL. PLEASE REINSTALL YOUR GAME.**

Windows 7
========
1) Install as normal.
2) Download http://www.gsc-game.com/_exlink.php?link=http://files.gsc-game.com/cs-dd-patch/cs-dd-patch.exe
3) It should work.

Windows 8
========
1) Remove Video from the install directory.
2) Download http://www.gsc-game.com/_exlink.php?link=http://files.gsc-game.com/cs-dd-patch/cs-dd-patch.exe
3) Still doesn't work? Try the Win10 Solution.

Windows 10
=========
1) Get VirtualBox and a copy of Windows XP.
2) Get the Windows XP made into an .iso
3) Launch a VM within VirtualBox
4) Install XP in VirtualBox
5) Install the Guest Additions for VirtualBox VMs
6) Reboot your Windows XP machine
7) Install Cossacks through a transient folder and an .iso mounter such as WinCDEmu

Are you sure you've followed all the steps right?

i can't even tell if i'm having a problem or not, all i've done is play the tutorial, and right away the first thing it instructs me to do is select a character and then drag a box to select multiple characters. that works fine. but after that the next thing it tells me to do i believe is look at the unit card for the selected character, well there is none, i can't find one, and then i'm just stuck, is this a problem with the game or am i missing something.
