Only exception if somebody is handicaped and cannot, I know some such cases.
Or maybe i do not want to spedn 70 bucks to play a game that already costs 30! Just my guess!
I do not know where you live, but here you can buy some basic PAD for 10-15 $... And it can be use not in one game...
Here's my setup:
Q = Lock-on
WASD = Move
LALT = Hold for Ranged
CTRL = Stance/purify
CTRL + MM wheel up = Switch ranged weapon
CTRL + MM wheel down = Switch melee weapon
LMB = Light attack
RMB = Heavy attack
Spacebar = Run/dodge (and purify with the right skill unlocked).
Shift = Block
T = Living Weapon
E = Use objects
1, 2, 3, 4 = Quick Slots.
R = Switch to second set of quick slots.
X, C, V = High, middle, low instant stance switch
You can also use CTRL + LMB, RMB, MM to change stance but I found that to be too convoluted to do quickly. Fortunately you can bind any key to any stance.
You da real mvp
However, I tried to set these options and they were not saved due to "one or more conflicts".
There is no option to set a key for lock on or ranged.
Setting space to dodge/dash results in a conflict (even though nothing else is set to space).
There are no keybinds to set ranged/melee weapon.
There are no keybinds for stance selection.
Also, the menu doesn't accept mouse cursor input and left click will select the currently highlighted option (highlighted via wasd, not by mouse pointer). Also, the only way to delete a keybind is by pressing triangle on the gamepad??? For keyboard.
About ready to refund this title..
EDIT: Found the other keybinds in a secret menu that can only be accessed via the gamepad.. terrible.
why do you shill, every sane person knows that kb/m is the best thing (except in fighting games, where you should use not controllers but joysticks); it all depends how competent a developer is, best example would be max payne - like toad howard says "it just works"
Controllers are a lot better for most action games. Every person that used both them and kb/m and uses their brain at the time of making the judgement knows this.
