lead to different outcome. I'm not sure which-is-which, but it might well be that different abilities/talents/heroic-titles are implement differently (e.g. Overwatch+Forsaken processed differently from Overwatch-only)...
Your one liner, while on the outset sounds smart, is actually nonsense.
you can't get 100% crit i think. warrior's beret gives you 50%, and forsaken gives +2 DMG, +30% CRIT and _never miss with no adjacent allies_. overwatch adds +2 to regular strength attack. so if your regular strength attack is 1 then +2 overwatch + 2 DAM forsaken = 5. and if you do crit (80%) then it should be 10. that's my take on it, but who knows?
