No, sadly, there isn't a sequal from what I can tell. Though you could always research it. Also, Mad Father is an amazing short thriller. I completly agree.

Sadly there is no sequel :(
But this Steam's version is a remastered ver. even looking at the store's pictures you can realise it is quite different. Maybe you played it too long ago...
Anyways I hope you enjoy it, I might get it too now that it is on Steam.

Misao is a much-hinted-at sequel to Mad Father. Library in Misao is very much hinted to be an older version or clone of Aya. Even when u try to name her "Aya", she rejects it commenting that only her father calls her by that name. Also the "corpse" version of Father is also shown throughout Misao. Finally, the wierdly helpful demonic guide "Ogre" makes an appearance under a different name. Hope this info helps.
