Other games like this on steam?

are there any other games like this. Short and good, with this theme?

Alicemare is kinda similar, however it isn't a horror game and the storytelling is a little cryptic. I've also seen the community manager for these forums point out Angels of Death as a similar game, but as I haven't played it myself I can't say for sure (although I'm sure they wouldn't lie so it's likely worth a shot).

I was actually going to mention Alicemare. I've played it and it's pretty good. I'm not too sure about Angels of Death, though.

It's hard to say but Steam is very limited. Games like IB, AO Oni, Always sometimes Monsters, To the Moon are quite similar for style. As in Horror Corpse Party would be the only one I know on steam.

I have played all of those save for Corpse Party. I have it, but it was really slow at the start does it get better?

heres my recomend list:

rpg horror games i played that are on steam :angels of death and corpse party

non steam rpg horror games that are also good but sadly not on steam: misao (sort of a sequel to mad father and made by the same creator),the crooked man, ib, the witches house, blank dream, forrest of drizzling rain (made by the same creator of angels of death) and ao oni.

so these are worth checking out if your a fan of rpg horror games.

it does, the beginning has a slow buildup but if you get deeper into the game its gets better believe me, it even has two sequels but are sadly only avaible on the psp and ps vita these are corpse party: book of shadows and corpse party: blood drive.

You should check out Stray cat crossing. I really enjoyed playing it :)
It's short, has a really cute set up and is a little bit horror. The music in my opinion is fantastic and I loved the pixel style. Hope the answer isn't too late. ^^

Mermaid swamp is not on steam

For something outside of the RPG realm you might enjoy "Who am I: The Tale of Dorothy." It's simple but you help to guide a young girl with split personalities based on fairy tale characters, some of them very destructive and dark.

I'd recommand Ayumi: Enhanced Edition. It's a nice horror little game but maybe a little...messy ? I mean... I like it but god it's complicated sometimes. (At my opinion, haha)
