Whenever you find time, can you explain how to fix this for those who might have the same situation you was having so I can post it.

The first link contains a fix, the second one several fixes and how I solved my issue :)
Anyway, maybe add this video database to the top post: http://horibuna.web.fc2.com/NPBZ/index.html
For beginners that like visual aid stuff, I find this systems video is pretty good too: https://youtu.be/ivGP_Y7ymrs
And while very incomplete compared to the evernote, Mizuumi's wiki is nice too: http://wiki.mizuumi.net/w/Nitroplus_Blasterz:_Heroines_Infinite_Duel
Also, a bit more on the Online Wipe that happens:
I've been testing with Ruili (since this is my main) and it turns out that everytime I change colors, the data gets wiped clean and resets you to Rank "F" with no VP or LP. The more you change colors, the more it does it. That's from what I've tested so far. If you change characters, it seems to does it sometimes.
--------------------------------------
Also, some people (including me) have framerate issues:

In my case, it plays fine at the beginning, but after a while the framerate gets worse. Femail Mauler (first link) mentioned it's probably related to AMD GPUs, and a problem problem exists with AH3 and BBCT. I have an AMD card, but the proposed fix (rebooting) didn't help. My specs:
Windows 7 (64bit)
Pentium Dual Core E5300 (2.6GHz)
3GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4650
I note that memory requirements are listed as 4GB, but that probably doesn't explain why my performance gets worse the longer I play.
P.S.: I'm happy to see you and a lot of other familiar "faces" here again, Red! :)
The key binding main problem is that the bindings are interchanged [binding for P2 are actually the ones for P1 and vizversa].
In 1P modes like story mode and such, you gotta play with the key bindings for P2 instead of those of P1
Also, another problem is that changing the keys in the Options menu doesn't work. After you confirm settings and go back to the main menu, the change you made are overwritten back to their default and the only way to change them effectively is during gameplay. And even so the change isn't permanent because when you turn off and then turn on the game, they are again set to the defaults.
Another issue which I noticed during Story mode play, is that if you remove a key within P1, this becomes unusable for you during gameplay despite the fact you are using P2 binding instead because of what I explained before.
Also you can't change the movement keys: Not taking on account the whole interchanged P1 P2 issue, the movement keys binding is:
P1: WASD keys
P2: Arrow Keys
Update: Noticed that if you use the buttons for P2 binding at the Starting Screen, it won't let you use the buttons for P1 binding.
P1: U (Confirm) I [Cancel)
P2: Num7 (Confirm) Num8 (Cancel)
By any chance are you using Enter to select menu choices/get past the title screen? Because Enter is P2's Start button, while I believe Tab is P1's Start button.
I'm using U (P1's Accept button) to select menu choices, and I'm not having issues with swapped keybindings or controls not saving (though I've only done Training, Versus CPU, and Score Attack).
