Game ends before you finish the side missions
Even when you know there are nine sequences to the game, no one tells you that if you don't finish everything on the side before you start sequence EIGHT, you will never get to finish them. Thanks a ♥♥♥♥ing lot for 79.2 hours of my life wasted on this game thanks to an attroctious piece of ♥♥♥♥ ending.

Oh, yeah, and BRILLIANT that you can't repair your armor after you start sequence eight (and go through wave after mother♥♥♥♥ing wave of battle), only to find out you can't get full synch in the VERY LAST part that takes place in the 16th century if your health falls below five squares. Makes it IMPOSSIBLE when you go in with just seven squares thanks to my armor having fallen completely to pieces.

I hope whover decided that Ezio could take a break between the memory's, but the player CAN NOT, burns in hell.

I don't think that is quite true - Once the game ends and you have sat through the uninterruptible credits you end up back in free-roam mode. From there you can certainly replay memories to gain the 100% sync on them. So I don't see why you can't also complete the guild quests.

I have never really noticed health start conditions when replaying a memory, but would hope that it would give you full health when restarting a sequence rather than your original start condition. Otherwise, yeah, I can understand your frustration.

I sat through the 20 minutes of credits ..

You can only replay that specific memory. Once you have done that, the game takes you back to the DNA menu, and from there, if you leave the menus and go back to the game, you are in a present that is after the ending.
I finished the guild quests. It was the sons of Romulus and glyph missions that I hadn't finished. You may be right about going in full health and undamaged armor when replaying specific memory's though. However, I noticed that when I went back and replayed the memory where you first encounter the sons of Romulus, my max health was half of what it was before I went back.

I'm sure I never complete the glyphs during the main story line so have to go and complete them once in free-play mode. That usually means not just solving the puzzles but actually locating most of the glyphs in the first place.

My memory is a little sketchy on the Romulus missions but thought they were integrated into the story line. Though again I'm sure I go back to get the 100% sych after the main storyline is complete.

You've obviously replayed a Romulus memory so I'm not sure what you refer to when you say "You can only replay that specific memory" ? The DNA menu should let you access all memories so you can get 100% sync.

Actually, it wasn't in a Romulus lair. It was on the surface, where I am delivering a letter to Micheaveli. And, besides, you can replay missions you finished. You can't replay missions you never played in the first place.

I found this frustrating too. I'm sitting through the credits just now, wondering what happened. I'm hoping I can go back and roam around - so many assassin missions, towers, courtesan missions, Romulus, treasure chests, blah, blah, blah still to get.... Over 50% of the game left actually... I hope I don't have to start all over again!

Sweet - you can finish the game if you sit throught the credits. Press Y to examine the blackboard/chalkboard in Ezio's hideout... There you can go through the whole DNA sequence and see what challenges you need to do to get 100% (not just the storyline - guild challenges, etc too). Hope that helps!
