Mikhaila's Father quest bug: mikhaila is not at my office.

I just reached the room in the deep storage when I can listen mikhaila's father audio. I choose to transfer the file and to listen it after in my office with her, but when I get back in the lobby, and I go up at my office, anyone is there (nor Mikhaila nor Igwe). There's only January. Where is she?
Igwe, when I gor in the deep storage, suggested me to delete the audio file...but I decided for the other option.

Why I can't find her at my office?

Maybe it's dumb question because I don't remember quests' order but did you find her medicine?

Yes, I did, and I also talked to her at my office about her father in order to start the quest.

I am almost at the end (I should meet alex in the arboretum), but I stopped the main story because I wanted to finish the secondary quests. By the way: I saved Igwe and almost conclused the "Incapacite Dhal" quest (I choose to activate the neuromods removal process to Dhal). In fact this last quest say me that Dahl is on the shuttle, but not ready to leave, I have to wait his call....I don't know if this situation could influence Mikhaila's father quest...

If Dahl in shuttle that probably mean she already there inside shuttle with rest survivors. You can check shuttle bay. If shuttle itself close check cargo bay. If this place also empty that mean Elza (I don't remember her name exactly but I mean chef security) moved with rest survivors. That means no more side activities. You probably need reload early save.

Sorry to bring up but I have the opposite, I transfer the file & Mikhaila is there with Igwe but no option to play the file from the terminal.

Keep talking to her. After she cycles through a few chats the correct one will come up and a 2nd utility will appear on the screen.
