The sims 3 seasons not appearing.

I downloaded and installed the sims 3 seasons and I cant seem to find it or any of its content in game. Just wondering if someone could help me.

Does it show up as a lit icon in the launcher (at the bottom)? When you open a town do you get prompted to add the new festival lot? When you go into the game's settings do you have a tab for weather and controlling it?

I already registered the game on my sims 3 account, still same! All this because a **** update on the launcher today.

Nothing works, really annoying that it wont work... im disappointed, Steam

I tried the regedit and there is no ts3 seasons folder.

i looked in the steam folder and i found that seasons folder was there, under the name of "EP08"

I added myself Season dlc in the regedit
