Dualsense controller doesn't work at all. So what does it mean "full support of controller' Steam?

"Full controller support" on PC means you can launch, play, and quit a game entirely through the control of Xbox controllers (because they use Microsoft's XInput gamepad API) without the need for intervention by keyboard and mouse controls.

DualSense uses DirectInput, which is an older API. Modern games tend to only support XInput, and it's rare that a game dev studio that ports to PlayStation will add in DualShock support to their PC release. DualSense is very new as well, so you may have to wait a few years for DualSense support in a small game like this, or just have an Xbox controller on hand for PC games.
