Is it possible to make some form of lobby and play with your friends? or do we have to search at the same time?

THere is an invite bbutton, you can play with as many, up to 6 total people, as you like.

Currently you can queue with any party size up to a maximum of 6, this will allow you to invite and play a full match with friends. Best of luck deceiving them and I hope you all have fun!

My friends and I won't be able to get a group of 6 very often.

Yes if you play with a lower number your game will be filled with suitable numbers from the rest of the match making queue.

hey Sam, it would be really nice to have a feature to allow max 6 players but also minimum, my friends and i are playing we sometimes have 4 or 5, and have 1 or two infected. Having an extra 1, 2 or 3 randoms really kills the fun. Great game as a whole tho. Thanks for reading

For some reason it doesnt let me que with more than 3, thoughts?

Try to do the Verify Files fix for Steam games; if this issue continues have all in the Party try to Verify Files.
