cant select ant trait :(

im unable to select ant type trait on all levels, so unable to play any more :(
i can choose the level, then choose if i want bonus difficulty (extra creatures spawning in) but then im stuck trying to choose between rapid or morta for example
Any help would be REALLY appriciated.
on a steam deck, played from begining.
