Digital Deluxe Edition Question

Why was the digital deluxe version of this game only made available for a limited amount of time? Why didn't they just let it stay here forever? Also why does this game still cost $20 despite it not containing the digital deluxe bonuses anymore? Was knocking $5 or so off the price after that whole digital deluxe thing ended really that much asked from Platinum Games? Pretty cheap move guys. Charging full price for a game and not offering the full package. Whats next? That you guys are going to charge the people who couldn't get the digital deluxe edition for whatever reason an extra $20 just to get those extra's that should've been here to stay from the get go? Greedy morons.

Pointless. If you want pre-purchase discount and bonus then buy it at pre-purchase stage. It's a reward for early purchasers who support their game early. I don't see any problem with that.

I don't know what's worse: the fact that you think a bunch of avatars and wallpapers that can be easily found online should cost $5, or the fact that you think $20 is the full price of this game when it used to cost $60 on its original console release.

Considering it isn't even much, you could just ask anyone here who has it to put it in a zip file and send it to you rather than complaining about incredibly minuscule things. Boom bam, you just "saved" $5 right there.

I'll give you some examples:

- Vanquish had 25% off for all owners of Bayonetta
- Metal Gear Rising on XBOX 360 costs 20$ without DLC's. On PC it costs 20$ with ALL possible DLC's

So yeah, they're definetly scamming people. Just delete this thread and move on.

I still stand by my point that at least with this game they are scamming people. Or at the very least offering half the package for ''full price''.
