Wolfkrone is also a pretty good Viper. OnlineTony has a really nice Seth, though not as good as Poongko's. A candidate for M.Bison could be Gagapa. Bullcat's Gouken is pretty beastly, too.
Also, no Mago at Fei Long?

Fuudo is better than Mago.
Bullcat not even nearly as good as PS
Wolfrkrone is not best, he is as good as Jayce

I would say for Guy it's either Marq Teddy or Kiryu Tsukimiya. I'm leaning towards Kiryu more though, i've seen how OTinhoso plays, he's decent.

For Claw, I'd say Uenis and Zeus. And for Honda, "Owarrie" a jp xbox player.

Owarie isnt near to best...he is good, but there are better hondas in the JP arcade rankings too

Daigo is also pretty awesome at Guile. I'd say he's at least as good as Dieminion.
