Character dying upon loading in.

This is the seccond time it's happened now. And it's making me strongly regret buying the game. Last time it happened I had just entered the Lab X-18. Before I enter the area I was perfectly fine, I had no radiation, and my health was 100%. When the game had loaded I was dead, there was no indication that I was attacked, my character simply laid on the ground. And it made me load the save again, so I did, and after around 5-6 attempts and me spawning dead on each I made a new game. It all went well until after you help the Stalkers in the train station, after I killed the bandits and entered the next are, I simply spawned in dead. I've searched around for a fix, and I can't find anything. So if anyone could help me, it would be very helpful. I haven't tried uninstalling the game, and reinstalling it. But I'm about to do that now.

I've never had this problem or heard of it. It's possible that you could be saving or travelling with bleeding. I'm honestly not sure, though. Sorry I can't give you any more help than this

It's okay, I've searched everywhere, and no one seems to have had the same problem. I'm going to try and install the Complete 2009 thing, and see it if makes a difference

This is so annoying. Got 7 hours into the game and I'm dead on load when I saved within the trader area. My previous save works, but it's hours behind and I really don't want to continue if this is just going to happen again. All of the mods out there are piles of crap, don't even work properly.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dude, I posted this years ago, basically what I ended up doing was I went back to my previous save and just rushed through it. The game is worth the play, honestly.

Yeah there was a sale so I bought all 3 of them. I ended up just moving onto Clear Sky.
