Mods: complete or OGSE

tldr: do you recommend Complete Mod or OGSE. Why?

I played a good bit of SoC a LONG time ago, but got kinda burned out on it because it seemed like the enemy accuracy was a little TOO good and they were able to take WAY too much damage.

Both Complete and OGSE look really good. What would you recommend for a person who's not very good at this game?

Thanks for the info! I think I'm leaning towards the AA2 mod for my first play through. Are there any quarks with it and Steam that I should be concerned with?

Just run the game once and install the mod.

If you have a problem running the game in Steam, you need to delete or rename the file 'bin\d3d9.dll' (in your Stalker: SoC forlder).

One last question. It was mentioned that AA2 VO is not in English. Is this true, and if so can it be changed at all?

It's in Russian with English subtitles, but you can install the English voices. I think the original voices are better acted and add to the experience of actually being there, tho sometimes it can be confusing when someone mission related starts yelling at you. You will hear a lot of Russian anyway, also with English voices, since they only cover quest related speech. :)
