Did that, key for SoC is invalid. Only my CoP cd-key worked. Warband key doesn't work either. Oh well.

WOW. Those games use StarForce. That ♥♥♥♥ is even worse than SecuROM. I wonder if just in those territories or elsewhere as well.

I doubt it. If all else fails, you can register your steam key(s) on the developer website and download a drm free copy there as well.

As was stated by GOG, this was only intended to work for the retail copies of those games, not the steam keys. However due to some bankrupcy and data merging in Stalker's past some retail keys were merged into the Steam data bases as well, so it's possible your key works.

It's not intended though, so if it doesn't work, you're out of luck.

I need to download SoC to try the registry key, but CoP and CS worked for me only by getting the cdkey listed in steam, the original steam key that steam accepted, GoG would not accept and saw as invalid keys, HOWEVER the cdkeys in my steam library are different than the ones steam ate to give me the games originally... so for those of you who could not get CoP and/or CS to take on GoG, be sure you're not using the steam key that steam accepted for your game, but rather the cdkey steam has listed for your game in your library, they will be different (or at least they were for me, for both games.)

registry location worked great for me, now I have the whole trilogy on gog, thanks for the info.

And again, anyone that couldn't get it to work, make sure you're using the key inside your steam library, not the "steam key" you used to redeem to steam to begin with.
