Is there a safe storage thing somewhere?

I have so much good stuff, but I'm ALWAYS over 50 in weight, and it's such a pain. Can I just store stuff at the Bar and expect it to always be there?

Yes, there is a box in the Bar area where barkeep is.
Its somewhere around Baldy (http://stalker.wikia.com/wiki/Baldy).

You can always store your stuff in the blue boxes. They are spread out in all the major areas (Garbage, Bar, Yantar etc.) Weapons and equipment you store in the blue boxes will always be there.

Yeah, any box, tree, hatch, whatever that requires you to "Press E" to access it or whatever will permanently save whatever's put in it
