I can't save my game.
After i save my game when i go to Load Game i don't have any file so i have to start form 0. Aslo I don't have any folder of STALKER in my documets, the saves are supposed to be there.

There is an old issue where the saved games goes directly to C:\Users\Public\Doscuments .Which is exactly what is occuring to you.

i followed this guys steps and it worked perfectly give it a try :) (ive just copied his message below)

I had this problem when I got SoC at Xmas:-

By default the game saves to a folder called "C:\Users\Public\All Users\STALKER-SHOC\" or something like this - I don't remember exactly.
Whatever, I think it is a legacy from XP. and in my case with Vista64, the folder didn't exist.
My solution -
In the Steam folder for SoC is a file called "fsgame" -
In my case it is:-
C:\Program Files (x86)\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\stalker shadow of chernobyl\fsgame
But it IS in your steamapps folder wherever you have that!

Open the folder "fsgames" with notepad and edit the first line of the file to direct the savegames to to where you want them.
The line you need to change starts
"$app_data_root$=true|false|C:\xxxxxxxxx" where xxxxxxxx is the default "Users\Public\AllUsers\" or somesuch.

In my case I have
"$app_data_root$=true|false|C:\Program Files (x86)\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\stalker shadow of chernobyl\STALKER-SHOC\" And I put it there because that's where the SoC game files are.

When you make the change in Notepad - save the change.

Note that if you ever use Steam to validate local files, then this will re-write the "fsgame" file back to default.

Hope this helps - it worked for me

I was just hit by the same issue.

I've my PC since 2010 with Windows 7 back then and since then always upgraded (basically directly jumped to Windows 10 at some point).

It seems on this/these folders in `C:\Users\Public` the permissions did change at some point and a regular user can't write there anymore.

Since I realized it's not just the savegames of this game, but other stuff I've there too from other games I did something different: I gave my primary game user write permissions to that folder and that did it.

TL;DR: instead of changing the game files I change the permissions on C:\Users\Public to be able to write there.
