Complete mod binocular bug?

Hey guys, I'm playing this game through with the Complete mod this time. has anyone encountered a bug at all where you cannot even select your binoculars? I just got out of Agroprom Underground but it's making my playthrough kind of tough. Thank you!

Strange....never ran into such problem like this before.I can't assume is because of the Mod Complete 2009 ,maybe you have other modifications installed or any other animation,interfering with main mod files.Who knows,I can suggest to putt to verify the integrity of your game cache files and see if it resolve your problem,some say doing this procedure when having modifications installed do mess up but I never gotten into one before.Make backup of the game's directory files and give to a try.

Thanks for your help. Just verified integrity of the cache and it downloaded one (tiny) file that didn't fix the binocular problem. But thankfully it didn't interfere with the mod, either.
The weirdest part is last time I installed this game & Complete mod I had the exact same issue so it's even having the issue with a fresh install.
And no, I only have Stalker Complete installed.

Probably because you are installing manually and not using the exe.recommended download.I do the same although I hadn't run into any issue.

No, actually I always use the Complete .exe.
