I basically took all the numerical values you listed above (I think those are the same ones), and I cut them in half. Made the swaying so much better. I found a Reddit thread that showed those values (the: run, walk, limp ones) in the config file
I set the values to:
0.0037
0.0025
0.0006
Instead of:
run_amplitude = 0.0075; 0.0075
walk_amplitude = 0.005; 0.005
limp_amplitude = 0.0011; 0.011
This change seemed to help and reduce the extreme sway.
I think if you set all those values to zero, it would just make it a floating camera with no bobbing
Here's the Reddit thread that talked about it. It's very old, not that that matters.

run_amplitude = 0.00187; 0.0075
walk_amplitude = 0.0012; 0.005
Go to the configuration file(s) location.
Open User.LTX with a text editor.
Change cam_inert to 0.
Save the file and launch the game.
