If you want to go back to vanilla, delete every folder from the mod and just in cade verify files (or delete everything and verify files)
Many, you can go to the moddb page and search for stuff that you want, as some modify more than you may expect. You'll also have to check if the mods/addons you install are compatible with each other.
every mod makes some odd changes even skyrim unoffical patch makes some odd changes. only vanilla is vanilla bro. you either look and see what mods you like and dont and see your options are or just eat it vanilla bro
ZRP, if you change setting to default in the modifier.exe, only fixes bugs. It's not very mod friendly, but it's pretty much vanilla with bug fixes
