I explained that in the very first sentence. You know what? If you won't bother to read anything that I write, I won't bother to read anything that YOU write. Blocked. Bye.
Safe how? They are mods. They are free. You can't exactly steal them for profit. People ALWAYS credit the authors when making mod packs anyway. Maybe except some small completely unknown mod packs.
Clout? Is this about internet clout? Use an inferior more inconvenient lower download speed service because muh clout? Is that what you mean by "safe"? So people have to read the author's name each time instead of a credits.txt file?
Or do you mean the ads? You get ads when clicking on each individual mod on nexus. The whole site feels like an adware virus. That is safer and better for the owners of the site.
i think he means "safe" as in malware?
though i been to ModDB and it seems completely safe for the most part. at least when you know what your searching for on there. Vanilla UI Plus for new vegas is hosted on their instead of nexus mods which is why i use ModDB to some extent over Nexus. though
as for Nexus its because its getting more popular over the years and has grown exponentially so naturally it makes sense why most mods will be hosted there primarily. ModDB isn't as big as nexus mods i think in comparison. Nexus hosts lots and lots of mods.
Yeah, I’m blocking you too. Just answering jibberosh to people’s questions.
