mutant parts do not spawn
vanila SoC. I found two boar parts during first minutes on cordon, and after that - nothing they just stop spawning. I am already in Rostoc - since cordon - 0 mutant parts

Quite a few mutants leaves a part when killed.

You're just unlucky. Also know that not every mutant drops parts.
