S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl

0 HP game save
I saved the game while I had 0 HP, I can't do anything and the last save was a long time ago, is there anything I can do?

(I've not done this myself), but it would appear you can edit the actor.ltx file in the game data. Post in this forum from 2014 https://steamcommunity.com/app/4500/discussions/0/613937943019957380/

Isnt there an auto save when entering a new area? Or maybe that over writes the older auto save....

from what I noticed, it doesn't seem to save when entering a new area. However, I make a quick save and each such save is saved in place of the old such save

You are in luck, I got interested and I found it. If you look at the gamefiles there's a bunch with .dbx extensions, you need to extract them. I started following these instructions https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?l=german&id=302750759 and once I'd run the extractor my actor.ltx is located at:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl\database\config\creatures\actor.ltx"

Boilerplate disclaimer: always exercise caution with random exe files off the internet I am not vouching for it.

I got the extractor from a different place rather than the dropbox link in the guide.
