Any gameplay improvement mods?
So with a little history from me. I did play through the game vanilla for a couple hours (about 6+).
It was fun and I was pretty immersed, but there are indeed a few issues I've had with the game.
So I began looking for any improvement mods.

Now, I do know about the Anomaly mod and I am quite hooked. I do wanna play with it installed someday, but my problem is that this mod apparently has a seperate story and I just wanna play through the base SoC campaign but with better gameplay.

Is there any mod you folks can recommend that only makes the gameplay more comfortable and nothing else?

Depends on what improvements you need.
I like OGSR, that adds many features, that where cut off in final release: more weapons, quests, NPCs, mutants and locations, longer (but mostly the same) story,
Also you may like Autumn Aurora, Radiophobia, NLC7, Lost Alfa.
As for me now, I play my own mod with lots of girls as NPCs )))))))))

Basically a mod that just makes the gunplay and movement physics more comfortable. Maybe have better animations as a cherry on top.
Doesn't add anything new, only improves the overall gunplay, movement and maybe animations if possible.

You may like OGSR, Autumn Aurora, Radiophobia, AMK. I am not sure about better models animation in any mod.

Will second AA and Radiophobia. Two of my favorite mods. Radiophobia adds a lot more than AA though, more quests n ofc the lovely chimera at Rostok. AA is decently close to being an improved vanilla. Vanilla is used lightly.
