unofficial patch+mod stalker complete 2009 is it possible?

I wanted to ask if it is possible to install the unofficial patch 1.0008, to solve the vsync problem, with the stalker complete 2009 mod, thanks for the help

No idea, it should work right away.
If you're on Nvidia - you can always force Vsync from their Control Panel instead.
