Cordon military checkpoint raid

Alright this is my second SoC playthrough (first one was novice diffculty, now I'm playing Stalker difficulty). I got back into the Cordon after X18 and I took up Sidorvich's mission to steal the documents from the military checkpoint at the very start of the Cordon. I tried the stealth approach but I couldn't do it no matter how many times and ways I tried. So I went in guns blazing and killed all the soldiers and took their stuff. However, I feel like I remember that the military would RAID the rookie camp and kill everybody there as revenge if you shot up the checkpoint. I've givven the documents to Sidorovich. So in short, my question is this:

Is there any military action in response to the raiding of their Cordon checkpoint base? I don't want the rookie camp to get shot up. If there is, how can I stop it?

As far as I know, even if you steal the documents, the military will still come.
I did the stealth approach and sidrovich warned me that the military will noticed the missing documents and that I should leave as soon as possible before it gets heated.
I took a quest from him, completed it at the garbage, came back to cordon and as I made it to the village, a military patrol rolls in and start fighting the newbie camp. I killed them, but I have no idea if they'll just keep coming or not.
In other words- doesn't matter what approach you take, they'll still attack.

The army should attack the newbie camp only if you leave any of the troops alive so if you killed all of them as you say you shouldn't worry about it

Well thanks for the input guys, but I actually ran off toward the Garbage, there are Spetsnaz guys intent on destorying the noob camp, even when I killed them all in the Cordon checpoint. I killed all of them before anything happened, so now I'm on "good terms" with the military again.
