Can't sprint

Just loaded up my game and im not able to sprint. Tried eating and drinking, remapping the key, not overencumbered. nothing worked. Really annoying please help, i may just be doing something dumb.

Thank you. It is such a concise description of my problem, just read. I'm really frustrated because I'm loving this game, BUT I CAN'T SPRINT.

Did you check if the user.ltx file is really accepting the changes you have been doing in the controls ?

I was able to rebind other keys, but sprint wont work no matter what I bind it to.

I just hit default and its working now. I still cant rebind it but whatever, i guess its a minor inconvience.

I was never able to rebind it but, after a while, it becomes natural just using the 'X' key.

Yeah, sometimes I'll randomly start hitting the "X" key to sprint in completely other games xD

Sometimes you can't run if you wearing a heavy armor like exoskeleton take it off to sprint

I played so much STALKER back in the day that, when It come to other fps games, with the same key binds, I was all screwed up so, I just rebound them to the same way I had them for STALKER. I was good to go, then. :)

True, the exoskeleton does cause a bit of a problem when trying to run.

This was it for me. Tried for a half hour. Rebound keys, multiple different versions of the lean trick, tried restarting the game - nothing. Finally saw your reply, and unequipped my Exoskeleton. Immediately was able to sprint. What a stupid mechanic to include without any warning or explanation. Not even an icon to indicate.
