Fast travel mode (solution found) (Быстрое перемещение - решение внутри)

People, help! :) Started to play for the first time now in 2020 (yep, I know :D), got only to the Bar location and I'm already tired of running between locations all the time I'm not getting younger here you know :D so I'd hate to spend so much time for basically nothing (I better spend this time playing other games :) ) and don't wanna quit the waklthrough. So ladies and gents please explain me how can I install fast travel on the Steam version of Stalker. Don't get how to do that when I don't have folders (gamedata etc) where to copy mode files to Thanks in andance ^_^

Народ, хэлп! Села в первый раз играть сейчас в 2020 (дада, я знаю :D), дошла пока только до Бара, и уже ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥алась бегать туда-сюда. Я тут вообще-то не молодею :D так что неохота тратить кучу времени тупо на перемещение между локациями (лучше ведь это время потратить на прохождение других игр :) ), но при этом интересно продолжить проходить игру. Поэтому, дамы и господа и дамы, объясните плз, как на стимовскую версию установить фаст тревел. Не понимаю, потому что у меня нет папок (gamedata и пр), куда надо копировать файлы модов Заранее спс ^_^

just create a folder named "gamedata" yourself? many mods also come as an archived gamedata folder, so just drop the gamedata folder in the game folder if it's the case

also, open fsgame.ltx with a text editor and make sure $game_data$ = false|true|$fs_root$|gamedata\ is $game_data$ = true|true|$fs_root$|gamedata\

No, you don't need to do that. It's tested many times that mods work without changing this file and even game developers say that it works without changing fsgame.ltx and there's no point to change this file. (there's was an interview video with one of the game developers who especially pointed on this)

Success! If anyone else needs it here's a solution :)
I haven't found just fast travel mode so I had to try some bigger modes as OGSE and Complete mode, but my old saves are not compatible with them :(
I've found a mode called "ZRP - zone reclamation project" and it IS compatible with old saves! And it's true that you have to change fsgame file "false" to "true" btw, you'll se it in every readme mode file.

Успех! Если вдруг кому ещё нужно, вот решение.
Чисто быстрого перемещения я не нашла, так что пришлось попробовать более крупные моды типа OGSE и Complete, но там старые сохранения не распознаются :(
В итоге установила мод "ZRP - zone reclamation project" и здесь сохранения распознались!))

People really cant run across a map anymore in a video game? It takes about 3 mins to run from Rostok to Cordon.... Just enter god mode and whatever cheats while ur at it and no-clip to the wish granter and say you beat stalker.

Well I've got plenty of games that I haven't played yet, not mentioning other hobbies. And very limited amount of free time. So I'd rather spend time playing other games or reading for example, than wasting it running between locations. Plus I think we have different priorities in videogames. I like them because of great plot and atmosphere, not for the sake of achieving insane level walkthrough. Usually I pick normal level and just enjoy the game without any tense or nerves (I've got enough of this ♥♥♥♥ in real life).
